Refund Policy – Oluchi Madu International (OMI)

    All OMI programs, trainings, mentorships, events, and services

    Oluchi Madu International (OMI) is committed to operating with transparency, professionalism, and ethical standards. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment. By enrolling in any OMI program or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    1. General Refund Policy

    All payments made to Oluchi Madu International (OMI) are non-refundable after the official start date of any program, service, mentorship, training, or event.

    Where a refund is approved before the start date, such refund shall be processed less a 15% administrative and processing fee.

    2. Administrative Fee (15%)

    The 15% administrative deduction covers, but is not limited to:

    • Payment gateway and transaction charges

    • Administrative processing

    • Onboarding and preparatory work

    • Resource allocation and program setup

    • Staff and operational costs already incurred

    This fee is non-waivable.

    3. No Refund After Start Date

    Once a program or service has commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

    • Non-attendance or partial attendance

    • Change of mind

    • Personal, professional, or financial circumstances

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Failure to complete the program

    The start date includes (but is not limited to):

    • Orientation sessions

    • Access to learning materials or digital resources

    • Admission into program groups or platforms

    • First live or recorded session

    Whichever occurs first shall constitute the official start date.

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are strictly non-refundable:

    • Digital products and downloadable materials

    • Program recordings and replays

    • Completed consultations or coaching sessions

    • Customised or personalised services

    • Books, journals, workbooks, or physical materials already dispatched

    5. Refund Request Procedure

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to OMI through official communication channels.

    • Refunds are not automatic and are subject to internal review and approval.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

    6. Transfer & Deferment

    • Payments are not transferable to another individual, program, or cohort.

    • Deferment requests are not guaranteed and may be considered solely at OMI’s discretion.

    7. Agreement

    By making payment to Oluchi Madu International (OMI), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

    Program-Specific Refund Clauses

    Purpose Driven Champs Academy (PDCA)

    All PDCA enrollment fees are non-refundable after the official PDCA start date, including parent orientation, child onboarding, group admission, or access to learning materials.

    Due to the nature of curriculum planning, mentor allocation, and child safeguarding preparation, no refunds will be issued once PDCA has commenced.

    Talent Maximization Academy (TMA)

    TMA payments are non-refundable after the first class, orientation, or access to course materials, whichever occurs first.

    As TMA involves structured capacity building, mentor assignment, and intellectual property access, refunds will not be granted after commencement.

    OMI Community Mentorship

    OMI Community Mentorship fees are strictly non-refundable after onboarding, group admission, or access to mentorship resources.

    Given the high-level strategic planning, accountability systems, and mentor time commitment involved, no refunds will be issued once the mentorship has begun.
