Ruqayyah Bakare (ACA, Msc. Bsc. ) is a Financial Educator and Consultant with academic qualifications spanning across Economics, Finance and Accounting. 

She is on a mission to bridge the inequality gap in Nigeria, helping the average Nigerian to acquire wealth rather than just money, thereby developing the Nigerian economy. 

She helps the average Nigerian worker and business owner (at home and abroad) create financial management solutions that help them grow their finances exponentially. 

Through her courses, books, templates and consultations, she moves individuals and high-prospect ethical businesses from the point of loss-making and bad debt incurring to the point of making the right financial decisions, making good profits, acquiring assets and building wealth.

Through her research, and policy suggestions, she hopes to move Nigeria from a debt-ridden, underdeveloped country to a high standard of living, low poverty, self sufficient, country.

In Ruqayyah eyes, one day soon, Nigeria, will become an economically developed country, home to many multinational businesses owned by Nigerians and thriving in Nigeria and abroad.

Favour Opatoyinbo is an education innovator, digital skills advocate, and founder of Kreative Nest Digital Academy and the Digital Skills for Educators Initiative (DSEI). 

She is passionate about empowering educators with technology skills to increase their relevance, income, and global opportunities.

With  over 5 years of experience in education and community engagement, she has trained and mentored hundreds of educators through webinars, online programs, and community initiatives.

Her work focuses on bridging the digital gap in education by equipping teachers with practical digital skills, helping them transition from traditional teaching to technology-enabled education and online income opportunities.

Favour is also currently advancing her expertise in technology through the Africa Girls in Tech AI/ML program, with a vision to build innovative solutions that improve education access and educator empowerment across Africa.

About Me:

I am the Principal Partner of Valuegate Attorneys, The Senior Pastor of Mount Glory Ministries International and the Chief Executive Officer of Spark Hub Initiative. I am the current Publicity Secretary of Nigerian Bar Association, Badagry Branch, Lagos State, The current Secretary of the Human Rights and Police Duty Solicitors Scheme, NBA Badagry Branch, Lagos State, a member of African Women Lawyers Association, Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter.

The Treasurer of Ndokwa Women’s Association, one of the foremost philanthropic organizations in Lagos with its major activities in Delta State. I also work with some other NGOs in Nigeria.

As a multifaceted professional, I am passionate about empowering individuals and group of people to discover their talents develop their potentials to live a purposeful life with financial freedom, fight for the rights of the indigent and the vulnerable, especially on gender based violence. I am currently working on publishing a book Titled: WAKE UP YOUR EAGLE: A book meant to guide individual to unleash the inner strength and soar to new heights.
