Oluchi Madu is a passionate advocate for purpose-driven living and youth empowerment. She serves on the governing body of the CharlesLina Foundation, a non-profit she co-founded with her husband to help young people rise into lives of impact and significance.
Her commitment to youth development also earned her a seat on the Board of Trustees of the EMYBON Youth Foundation. As a sought-after Talent Maximization Coach, Oluchi helps individuals discover, develop, monetize, and maximize their talents to build meaningful, successful lives.
With extensive experience in Human Resources Management, she holds an MSc from the University of Hull, England, and is currently advancing her leadership expertise at The London College of Professional Studies, United Kingdom.
Oluchi is also a seasoned public speaker and prolific writer, with nine transformative books and three journals to her name.
Her corporate journey includes impactful leadership roles at the Awesome Treasures Foundation and the African Centre for Supply Chain, where she made remarkable contributions in leadership and management.
