Your Gifts Were Planted With Intention

He does not place anything in a person by accident. Every gift you carry has purpose attached to it.

Your gift may be compassion. It may be problem-solving. It may be teaching, organizing, encouraging, creating, writing, designing or leading. It may even be the ability to bring calm into chaotic spaces. Whatever it is, it was planted in you for a reason.

The challenge is that people often look at their gifts through the eyes of comparison. They think, “This is too simple” or “Others do it better” or “This cannot be important.” But gifts are not graded by size. They are measured by impact.

Here are a few reminders to help you treasure what you carry:

1. Your gift is a clue: It usually points toward the kind of work you are called to do. Pay attention to what comes naturally and brings you joy. These are often indicators of your assignment.

2. Your gift is not for you alone: Every gift is designed to serve someone else. It becomes meaningful when it is used. If you keep it hidden because of fear, doubt or comparison, those who need it remain underserved.

3. Your gift grows when you use it: You do not wait for perfection before you begin. Start small. Practice. Learn. Improve. Gifts strengthen with consistent expression.

4. Your gift makes room for you: Opportunities open when you commit to showing up. Confidence increases. Clarity becomes sharper. Doors you never imagined begin to appear.

God is not wasteful. He is intentional. And everything He placed in you has relevance and purpose. Instead of asking, “Is my gift important?” begin to ask, “How can I use what I have to serve better today?”

Your gift is not random. It is a seed. Treat it like one.
